PROP AND SKEG REPAIR
$50-$175
1. All Repairs Include:
Balancing (Every Propeller Repaired Is Balanced)
Inspection of blades, bore, hub for reparability
Pitch and Rake correction
Blade sizing to correct diameter
Tig welding up to one third of any blade
Cupping if required
Hub and Diffuser Ring installation if necessary
2. Finishing:
Aluminum propellers- D/A finish, paint
Stainless propellers- satin finish
Stainless propellers – hi polish
3. Limits of Repairs:
A. Pitch Change: Aluminum ± 2 inches and Stainless steel ± 2 inch
B. Welding: No more than one third of the blade area may be welded
4. All propellers are stamped:
The repair ticket number and a repair log is kept regarding repairs performed.
Hub Replacement:
South Eastex Propeller Services will determine the correct hub replacement and replace to your manufactures specifications. We are also able to re-hub and cross hub props to different make and models of outboard motors. For example; Re-hub a Yamaha prop to a Mercury Motor.
Skeg Repair:
South Eastex Propeller Services will assess the damage to your skeg and determine the type of repair needed for your skeg. We will then weld repair the damaged skeg or replace the whole skeg. All skeg repairs can be Primed, Painted, and Clear coated to give you that brand new appearance. SKEG Repair by Appointment Only.

New "Full Service" schedule-
2nd and 4th Monday of every month are service days. You will need to fill out a service request form on our website or in store a minimum 3 business days in advance to ensure that parts are ordered and in store prior to appointment.
Full service includes-
Oil change, filters, water pump impeller, spark plugs, gear lube, etc.
